| 摘 要： | 在社会转型期，思想政治教育接受者的复杂性和接受过程的特殊性等，对思想政治教育工作的开展提出了新的挑战。必须以思想政治教育者的知识、才能和品质为基础，努力提高语言文字艺术，善于运用疏通引导艺术，综合发挥多种智能艺术，学会强化教育效果艺术，并创造性地深入细致地开展工作，才能更好地发挥思想政治工作的优势。
