| 摘 要： | 针对高校现有教学管理模式的弊端，提出以学院为中心的校院两级教学管理模式改革，并进行研究和探索。以目标管理为主线，构建科学合理的校院两级教学管理模式，能激发基层的办学活力，有效地提高教育教学质量和办学效益，保证院校教学质量保障体系的顺利实施。
