关于构建中国中亚石油天然气国际安全通道的思考

文章在分析全球油气资源供求状况、中亚地区油气资源状况的基础上,从中国能源总体战略的高度,提出构建中国中亚石油天然气国际安全大通道的战略构想。充分发挥新疆地缘和能源资源优势,把新疆建成全国重要的能源基地、石化基地和能源资源国际安全大通道,已成为中国能源总体战略的重要组成部分,而构建中国中亚地区能源资源国际安全大通道则是重中之重。

Some Thinking about the Construction of International Secure Corridor of Oil and Gas between China and Central Asia

On the basis of analyzing the global situation of oil and gas supply and demand as well as the oil and gas resources in Central Asia, the article puts forward the strategy of constructing a grand international secure corridor of oil and gas between China and Central Asia in view of the general energy strategy of China. It has become an important constituent of the general strategy of China to give full play of Xinjiang's advantage in geography and energy resources to built it into an important base of energy and petrochemical industry as well as a grand international secure corridor of energy resources in China. The top importance is to construct a grand international secure corridor of energy resources between China and Central Asia.
