| 摘 要： | 外资银行风险监管是一个复杂的系统工程.要达到风险监管的目的,增强风险监管的效果,必须建立风险防范法律机制.本文通过对外资银行风险防范法律制度的探讨,对风险防范法律机制进行了设计,并分析了法律机制中各制度的相互关系.

| Abstract: | Risk supervision of foreign bank is the complicated system engineering. Only a risk preventing legal institution can reach the target of risk supervision and enhance its effect. The essay discusses a series of legal institutions about risk supervision of foreign bank, designs the legal mechanism, and analyzes the relationship of every institution in the legal mechanism. |
