| 摘 要： | 建立并完善对国有资产监督管理委员会的监督机制具有其经济、制度、法律和社会基础。监督机制应贯穿信托义务原则、信息公开原则和权责明晰原则,分为内部监督、外部监督和专业监督三部分。相关法律架构必须着重责任追究机制,坚持适当的立法原则,形成由一系列的法律、法规和规章构成的完整体系。

| Abstract: | The establishment and perfection of the supervision system for State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission have its economic,institutional,legal and social background.With the fiduciary obligation principle,information publicity principle and perspicuity principle of right and responsibility as the theme,the supervision system comprises inner,external and professional system.Correlative legal constitution should emphasize responsibility system and be shaped into a series of law,statute and regulation by carrying out appropriate legislative principle. |
