| 摘 要： | 研究生教育对创新能力的要求和管理学科的新情况需要一套管理学科研究生创新能力的评价体系。本文对影响研究生创新能力的各个指标进行归纳,设置了各个指标的权重,构建了管理学科研究生创新能力的评价体系,利用对某大学管理学科研究生的问卷调查,评价了研究生的总体创新能力和各个方面的创新能力,对研究生培养机制的变革提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | The requirements of graduate education for creativity and the development of management discipline make necessary an evaluation system for graduate students’ performance in creativity. This paper first proposes an evaluation system and then makes suggestions on how to adapt to the changes brought about by the reforms in education mechanism. |
