粤港澳大湾区框架下广州职业教育定位与发展

摘    要:广州职业教育存在各层次院校比例欠合理、专业设置需调整优化、教育生态系统生态定位缺失、校企合作广度深度不够等诸多问题。在粤港澳大湾区框架下,基于粤港澳大湾区社会发展、教育体系生态位、校企融合角度,广州职业教育应该有更全面清晰定位,从加强湾区合作、精准对焦湾区产业布局、校企深度融合、提高师资水平等方面着手发展。

Abstract:As one of the four central cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou has many problems such as irrational proportions of vocational education at all levels,adjustment of professional settings,lack of ecological positioning in the education ecosystem,and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation.Under the framework of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou’s vocational education should have a more comprehensive and clear positioning based on the social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the education system niche,and the integration of schools and enterprises.The industrial layout,the deep integration of schools and enterprises,and the improvement of the level of teachers set out to develop Guangzhou's vocational education.
