培养社区公民:社区教育融入社区治理的路径探索

社区公民构成了社区教育与社区治理的内在联系。以培养普通公民为基础,进而培养积极公民,是社区教育融入社区治理的应有之义。目前,我国社区教育面临社区公民参与不足、公民教育课程缺失以及教学组织形式单一等现实困境,限制了社区教育融入社区治理及其功能的发挥。社区教育应该为公民的参与建立制度保障,设置合理的公民教育课程以及提供多样化的学习支持服务。

Cultivate Community Citizens:A Strategic Study of the Integration of Community Education into Community Governance

Community citizens build the relationship between community education and community governance.In order to integrative into community governance,community education should cultivate average citizens at first,and then cultivate active citizens.Community education in China faces the difficulties of low community citizen participation,lack of civil education curriculum and single teaching organizational form,which limits the integration of community education into community governance and the function of community education.Community education should offer system guarantee for citizens’participation,set up reasonable civil education curriculum and provide diversified learning support services.
