不同浓度的铅污染对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:探讨了铅胁迫下黄瓜处于幼苗期时根、茎、叶的生长变化情况.结果表明:不同浓度的铅胁迫对黄瓜的发育有不同程度的影响,其中根系长度、株高、叶面积指数和植株干物质含量与铅浓度在较低浓度条件下呈正相关,高浓度条件下呈负相关;铅浓度增大有利于茎的增粗.

Abstract:This article discussed the connection the growth impact in growth cucumber seedlings under the stresses at different concentration of Pb.The results show that : different concentrations of lead stress on the development of cucumber have different degrees of impact,length,plant height,leaf area index and the dry matter content,and lead concentration in the lower concentration was positively correlated conditions,under conditions of high concentration was negatively correlated;Help stem the increasing concentration of lead thickened.
