| 摘 要： | 信用权是人格权的一种,要实现信用权,应从四个方面进行法律建设:将信用作为信息予以公示,以实现信用的价值;将信用与主体资格挂钩,信用度的高低将决定信用主体能否从事某些活动;建立健全信用风险机制;完善信用法律责任机制。

| Abstract: | The credit power is a kind of personality power.In realizing the credit power,we should carry on the legal construction from four aspects: Ventilating the credit as the information to realizes the credit value;Relating the credit and the qualification of the main body,namely whether the credit main body could engage in certain activities is decided by the credit level;Establishing and perfecting the risk mechanism of the credit;Perfecting the credit legal liability mechanism. |
