茶馆行业顾客体验价值驱动因素分析——以杭州茶馆业为例

摘    要:基于顾客体验价值和体验营销理论,借鉴国内外学者在顾客体验价值和顾客服务体验等方面取得的实证研究成果,运用访谈法和逻辑推理分析,提出茶馆行业顾客体验价值驱动模型。据此对杭州茶馆的体验营销策略进行深入探讨。
