| 摘 要： | 新疆是我国能矿资源富集区，且大多尚未进行大规模开发。这就必然提出在新疆打造战略性矿产资源产业基地的战略任务。因为这不但可以改善我国矿产资源约束状况，推动国民经济的发展，还可以发挥新疆地缘优势及资源优势，充分利用中亚地区丰富的资源，将资源优势转化为经济优势，推动新疆经济的增长。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang is rich in mineral resources and is not fully developed up till now. To build up a strategic-mineralresources industrial base in Xinjiang can not only improve the mineral resources situation in China and boost national economic development, but can also bring into full play the advantages of border and resources, make the best of the abundant resources in Central Asia and promote the economic increase in Xinjiang by transforming the resource advantages into economical advantages. |
