摘    要:我国加入WTO后 ,对劳动就业制度而言 ,既是良好的机遇 ,又是严峻的挑战。在机遇方面 ,WTO所确立的自由贸易原则有利于我国扩大劳动密集型产品的出口 ;有利于我国向外输出劳务 ;从而有利于我国扩大和改善就业。在挑战方面 ,加入WTO后一段时期的经济调整 ,会对我国现行的劳动就业体系产生重大影响。我们如何针对这种影响来改变我国的就业体制 ,以迎接挑战 ,是本文所要探讨的问题

Abstract:After our country joined WTO,it is not only a good chance but also a severe challenge to labor employment system.In chances ,free trade rule of WTO is advanged of expandging export of labor concentrated productions and export of labor.It is beneficial to our expanding and improving employment.In challenges,economic injust of joining WTO will affect our present labor employment system.This article will discuss how to change our labor employment system counter the challenge.
