| 摘 要： | 在我国实施“速度型”工业化发展战略时期，农产品采取低价政策，为工业化积累资金。之后，为调动农民生产积极性，对农产品进行价格结构性调整，并逐步放开农产品价格。为强化农业基础地位，应采取保护性价格措施。若采取支持性价格，即占总人口20％的城市工业人口去支持80％的农业人口，则肯定力不从心。因而我国只能实施科技兴农的发展战略。

| Abstract: | When our national industry came into fast speed development period, we implemented low price policy in order to amass fund for industry.Afterwards we made adjustment for the agriculture product price and made the price free gradually in order to arouse the enthusiasm of the farmers. In order to solidify the agriculture position, we must make protective price policy for agriculture products. To prosper the agriculture with science and technology is our developing strategy. |
