| 摘 要： | 加强大学生个人品德建设是公民个人品德建设的重要内容,对提升社会的道德水平和保障大学生的个人发展均具有重要的意义。对此,从以下两方面入手：一方面,高校要转变教育理念,通过高校思想政治理论课、大学生党员的率先垂范和校园文化建设,加强大学生个人品德的教育;另一方面,通过大学生自我教育、自我约束,提升个人品德建设的自觉性。
