| 摘 要： | 知识经济的时代需要具有创新意识和创新能力的复合型人才。在整个人才培养的策略链中，培养模式的确定是关键，构建合理的学科体系是复合型人才培养的基础，高素质的师资队伍建设是复合型人才培养的前提，创造性教学方法是复合型人才培养的手段，构建合理的实践教学体系是复合型人才培养的保障。

| Abstract: | The age of knowledge economy demands interdisciplinary talents with innovative consciousness and innovative abilities. In the whole chain of strategies for talents cultivation, the key is to decide on the cultivation mode; the basis is to construct reasonable academic system; the precondition is to train a team of high quality teachers; the measure is to have creative teaching methods; and the guarantee is to build up sound system of practical teaching. |
