| 摘 要： | 从家长自身需要、家庭教育以及学校教育改革需要等诸多方面而言,家长教育都有重要意义.家长教育立法可以保障家长教育的顺利有效实施.虽然家长教育立法具有充分的法理基础,但是现实中却存在着阻抗家长教育立法的因素.可以从总则、具体方式、实施策略以及保障条件等几个方面考虑家长教育立法.同时,也要注意与家长教育立法有关的其他法律的完善.

| Abstract: | Parents education is very indispensable according to the need of parents, family education and the school education reform. Parents education legislation can guarantee carrying out parents education smoothly and efficiently. At present, so many obstacles still exist although there ＇ s enough juristic basis d parents education. We can conceive the parents education in general principles, specific ways ,implementation strategies, supporting conditions and so on. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the other legislation＇ s perfection connected to the parents education legislation. |
