跨文化交际视阈下的师资队伍建设

跨文化教育是新时代教育发展的趋势。要实施跨文化人才培养理念和实现跨文化教学目标,师资队伍建设是关键。鉴于跨文化教育在教育行政部门、高校和教师自身三个层面存在的问题,文章提出了更新观念、增强认识,优化跨文化教学师资的培养路径,提高跨文化教师的素质与能力和为跨文化交际教师营造学术氛围等师资队伍建设策略。

The construction of teaching staff from the perspective of intercultural communication

Intercultural education is the trend of educational development in the new era. Tne construcnon or teach- ing staff is the key to implementing training of intercultural personnel and to realizing intercultural teaching objec- tives. In light of the problems existing in educational administrative departments, universities and teachers, the arti- cle puts forward such strategies as updating ideas, enhancing cognition, optimizing training path of intercultural teaching staff, improving intercultural quality and competence of intercultural teachers and creating academic atmos- phere for intercultural teachers.
