| 摘 要： | 被誉为"中国新闻界全才"的民国时期名记者邵飘萍,凭其自办、与人合办或被聘担任特派记者的新闻媒体,出于"以新闻救国、以新闻替世、以新闻记者终其身"的敬业献身精神,兼因在日本学习法律、政治的学科背景,在法制新闻报道领域留下可资品鉴的法制新闻采访经验和大量渗透着法律精神的经典力作;他以真相为筋骨、以法律为灵魂,大胆质疑中国最高当权者内外政策的合法性,指斥外国列强损害中国主权/蹂躏中国人民的罪行,执著践行"探求事实、不欺阅者"、"以法律审视新闻事业"等新闻思想;从其娴熟的新闻素养、深厚的法律功底和超然的政治灵气中可以进一步体悟新闻学的真谛.

| Abstract: | Shao Piaoping,the well-known journalist in Republic of China,is regarded as "the talent in China journalism".In his reports,he took the facts as bones,the law as spirit,he questioned the domestic and foreign policy of China then,pointed out that the foreigners violated our country's rights.He practised his news thoughts:"Report the facts to the veaders","Journalism should be lawful".We can get the ture meaning of news from his skillful news character,the strong legal consciousness and super political soul. |
