| 摘 要： | 历来评价曹操重才轻德的用人制度，多着眼于其在当时封建割据形势下所体现的定国安邦的政治作用，但这样的认识显然还没有揭示出重才轻德的全部意义，因为“才”和“德”的关系自古都是评价一个人的最基本范畴，而不是曹操一人一时之行为。曹操重才轻德实际上对其后魏晋玄学的产生和发展也产生了深远的影响，这主要表现在三个方面：重才轻德使才绝之士有比较优越的条件进行自由的学术思考；曹操的反传统、破常规精神，给魏晋玄学否定汉代经学以直接的勇气和方法启示；魏晋玄学中的才性之辩，吸收了曹操才德认识中的某些观点和方法。

| Abstract: | In the past, when critics commented on the official choosing regulation put forward By CAO Cao, they always said that CAO Cao did so due to the need of unifying the feudal country. Of course, it is true, but as an official choosing regulation, attaching. Importance to the talent while underestimating moral character has exerted a great influence on the Wei Jin metaphysics in three aspects. First, it provided more advantageous conditions for the versatile to undertake the aademic think; second, the action of CAO Cao's anti - tradition set a model for Wei Jin metaphysics when it negated the study of Confucian classics in Han dynasty; some viewpoints from the discrimination between talent and character were similar to the CAO Cao's thoughts. |
