| 摘 要： | 文章概括了素质的现代概念，并从素质的较严谨的概念出发，把２１世纪青年人才素质的结构分为合格的政治素质、科学的思想素质、全面的科学文化素质、良好的道德素质、健康的身心素质、较强的工作能力素质。结合时代特征，提出了培育青年人全面素质的六项途径。

Combining with the characters of the time, this article puts forward six ways to cultivate the overall quality of young talents. |
