International Economic Law in the Process of Economic Globalization

The economic globalization is to give a fundamental influence on international economic law. In fact,the latter has reacted correspondingly with the globalizing of economy in three respects,namely,the speedy unification of international commercial laws, the deregulation of governments on international business transactions and the deepening of mutual restrictions among governments in the field of international economy. The evolution of international economic law will be affected deeply by the globalization of economy, and merchants, governments and NGOs will be the three factors playing important roles in shaping international economic law in the future.
