| 摘 要： | 目前甘肃省中学体育教师继续教育属于一种学历补偿性教育,与甘肃省的经济发展水平相适应.主要表现在教师参加继续教育的目的带有功利性,继续教育的课程设置、教学内容、教学方法与普通体育院校体育教育专业的区别不大,教学手段比较单一,现代化的教学手段应用不够.

| Abstract: | Continuing education of PE teachers in Gansu Province is in nature a diploma-supplementary one.It goes with local economic development.The features are seen in the following aspects:utility-oriented participation;similarity of course offered,course content,methods of teaching as compared with those in universities;and inefficient use of modern teaching aids. |
