| 摘 要： | 文化是人类创造的，价值观是人类行为的指南，所以，文化的不同是由于人们价值观的不同决定的。一个社会的核心价值观是该社会所特有的文化、文明的精神实质和显著标志，在社会文化建设中必须大力建设核心价值观，形成正确的价值取向，否则文化建设就没有灵魂，就无所谓文化。

| Abstract: | Human beings create culture.People's behaviors are determined by the viewpoint of value,so cultural difference depends on the difference of the viewpoint of value.The main viewpoint of value in the society is the spirit and outstanding symbol of the socials characteristics culture and civilization.The main viewpoint of value should build and develop right viewpoint of value. Otherwise,there is going to be no spirit in cultural construction that is there is no so-called culture. |
