| 摘 要： | 据资料显示 ,高校在校大学生中有 1 6.5 1 %的学生存在中等程度以上心理问题。高校学生的心理健康状况不容乐观 ,心理健康教育势在必行。笔者从大学生全面发展和健康成长的迫切需要出发 ,对如何正确认识和搞好大学生心理健康教育进行探讨。
