| 摘 要： | 产权问题与产权理论在国有企业改革和经济学发展中处于十分重要的地位。通过对产权制度与市场经济的内在统一性的分析,说明国有企业产权制度的创新是我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的客观要求,从而为完善我国产权理论,推动国有企业产权制度改革服务。

| Abstract: | The problem of property right and its theories play a vital role in state-owned enterprises as well as in the development of economics. The present essay, through the analysis of the inherent unity between the regulations of property right and the market economy, aims to illustrate that the renewal of the regulations of property right in state-owned enterprises is an objective demand in establishing our socialist market economy system. This can serve to perfect our country's property right theories and promote our reform of the property right system in state-owned enterprises. |
