| 摘 要： | 隐喻的概念本质是源域向目标域的映射。隐喻不仅发生在字词、句法层面,而且还可以作为一种宏观的概念结构,自上而下构成篇章隐喻。通过对美国黑人诗人Langston Hughes(兰斯顿·休斯)一首脍炙人口的小诗的研究发现:认知主体把基于源域的经验根据自身的知识结构投射到目标域的概念结构上,通过充分发挥松散类推和发散性思维能力,对各种信息进行比较,寻找出源域与目标域的相似点,从而快速正确地理解语篇的隐喻之意。概念隐喻能力作为人类的高级语言认知能力对语篇推理发挥着核心价值作用。

| Abstract: | Conceptual metaphor,in nature,is mapping from the source domain to the target domain.Being a bottom-up general conceptual structure,metaphors occur not only on lexical and syntactic levels,but also on that of texts.Through the analysis of Langston Hughes’ poem named Dreams,it is discovered that the cognitive subject gives full rein to inference and imagination to compare all kinds of information and find out the similarities between the source domain and the target domain so as to immediately understand the metaphoric meaning of the text by means of projecting the experience from the source domain to the target conceptual domain based on one’s own knowledge structure.Conceptual metaphoric competence plays a central role in cognitive inference in text reading. |
