| Abstract: | Mainly from the perspective of sports,this paper is to understand the basic activities of the urban residents in western region of Liaoning province.The methods and the rules of the urban residents to participate in sports activities are analyzed.Basic guidelines improving and enhancing residents’ physical fitness are proposed theoretically. |
