| 摘 要： | 以农产品加工业的发展来提升中国农业,是实现农业从传统农业向现代农业转换、从低效益向高效益转换的根本出路。“十一五”期间,我国应该将农产品加工业作为重点行业,抓住机遇,明确指导思想、发展目标和战略重点,选准优先领域,加快发展。

| Abstract: | For China,the development of the agricultural products processing industry is a fundamental way to(realize) the transition from the traditional agriculture to a modern one and from the low benefit production of the(agriculture)to a higher one.During the "eleventh five-year plan",by grasping the chance and establishing the(direction) thought,the development target and the strategic emphasis,China should take the agricultural products processing industry as one of its key industries,choose the right sectors as the priority domain and promote its(development). |
