| 摘 要： | 从传媒批判理论的角度,结合美国传媒业发展的现状及趋势,可以看出,商业利益的诱惑、国家权力的控制以及媒体自身权利的滥用,是削弱媒体民主功能的根本原因,而公共权力的回归,创建公众服务型媒体,将是解决困境的必然之路。

| Abstract: | Based on the mass media critical theory,the present paper points out that the attractions of commercial interest,the control of the state power and the abuse of mass media are the fundamental factors contributing to the weakening of the base of democratic function.To change this situation,the return of the public power and the creation of service-oriented public media are workable solution. |
