| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国市场经济中的信用缺失问题严重,信用缺失已经成为我国市场经济发展的制约因素.而信用机制与财产权制度有内在的联系,从财产权角度分析信用缺失问题,为我国重建信用制度提供了一个新的视角.
