| 摘 要： | 信赖利益的损害赔偿,应包括所受损害与所失利益及第三人受益的损害赔偿.在确立信赖利益赔偿范围时应考虑过失相抵和损益相抵的问题,并应对信赖利益的损害赔偿范围予以限制,以公平保护双方当事人的利益.

| Abstract: | Compensation for losses to trust interests should include compensation for losses suffered, interests lost, and interests that should come to third persons. In defining the extent of compensation, it is necessary to consider the question of offset due to the fault of loss sufferers themselves and offset of loss against interests. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to set limits to the extent of compensation for losses to trust interest in order to fairly protect the interests of persons concerned on both sides. |
