| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高校土建类专业毕业生就业形势普遍较好,但也存在着创新意识差、高端人才缺乏、就业心态不良及在求职过程中遭遇性别歧视等问题,高校应积极响应和落实国家就业政策,建立科学就业指导体系,强化专业人才培养,加强学生创新实践能力。这对培养社会需要的土建类专业人才和提高高校毕业生就业质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | China＇s university graduates in civil engineering enjoy current prevalence in employment circumstances, but there are also such problems as poor awareness of innovation, lack of high-end talents, bad employment mentality and gender discrimination encountered in the job searching process, etc. Universities should respond positively and implement the national employment policies, establish scientific systems of career guidance, strengtheu professional training and enhance the students＂ innovative ability of practice. This has important significance in cultivating civil engineering professionals for social needs and improve the employment quality of the graduates. |
