| 摘 要： | 大学生小群体在高校里广泛存在且种类日益繁多,对思想政治教育工作的影响复杂多样。思想政治教育在开展工作时,应承认并重视大学生小群体的存在,将大学生小群体行为进行分类,重视做好小群体领袖人物的工作,并根据各类小群体的特点采取不同的策略,切实提高高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Small groups of undergraduates are widespread in universities, multiplying with many kinds of complex and diversified effects on ideological and political education work. In this work, it is essential to do the following： acknowledge and attach importance to the existence of these small groups; classify their behaviors; pay attention to the work regarding their leaders; adopt different strategies based on the characteristics of the various groups; improve the relevance and effectiveness of this work in universities. |
