聚乙烯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:用聚醚多元醇(POP)N303与Na基蒙脱土(MMT)制备出聚醚插层蒙脱土.经热失重分析及X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明聚醚已进入蒙脱土层间;将聚乙烯(PE)与聚醚插层蒙脱土熔融复合,制得了分散效果良好的纳米复合材料,经塑料注射成型机压片制样,测试复合材料的力学性能.结果显示:添加有机蒙脱土的质量分数为3%时,复合材料的抗拉强度有所提高.

Abstract:Polyether inserted montmorillonite clay was prepared with polyether polyols(POP) N303 and sodium base montmorillonite clay(MMT).Thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and the X-ray diffraction test(XRD) indicate that the polyether entered the montmorillonite clay layers;Combined the polyethylene(PE) with polyether inserted montmorillonite clay,a nanometer compound materials with better dispersion effect was obtained,its mechanical properties were detected with thesample sheets got from the plastic injection shap...
