| 摘 要： | 调整教育服务贸易的国际法律虽然具备了一定的雏形框架,但是,其内容甚为缺乏。国际性教育法律文件所调整的对象比较单一;作为“补缺”性质的教育服务行业规范也正在向真正意义上的国际惯例演变,尚未被国际社会广泛认可和接受。构建调整教育服务贸易的国际法律必须遵循三大基本原则:尊重各国教育服务发展的多样性;教育服务贸易的国际法律必须具有兼容性;加强教育服务贸易国际法律制定过程中的国际合作。

| Abstract: | The current international laws regulating education as a service trade are far from full-fledged. The aspects of education services that these laws regulate are mostly one-sided and supplementary international practices for education services are being evolved. Three basic principles are to be abided by in the evolution of the said international laws and practices: diversity of educational systems, compatibility of these different systems,and international corporation. |
