| Abstract: | In this paper the author has elaborated the definition of personality, the formation of good personalities, the relation of class atmosphere to students' personalities, and the functions that a class supervisor and counselor perform in creating class atmosphere. The author points out that strengthening class atmosphere creation is one of the effective ways to foster good personalities, and that the class supervisor and counselor plays a key role in the creation of class atmosphere. |
