网络问题:伦理文化的诠释

从伦理文化的视角探讨计算机网络问题的成因 ,认为网络问题的出现与人们在网络化进程中 ,现实空间与虚拟空间的价值观念、思维方式的转换、兼容和调适等方面密切相关。导致网络问题的伦理文化因素主要包括对网络精神的曲解、“信息崇拜”的负效应、黑客哲学的泛化、网络生态伦理观念的淡薄、虚拟社会和现实社会伦理标准的双重性以及全球性与地区性的文化矛盾等方面

The Network Problems: an Interpretation of the Ethical Culture

From the viewpoint of ethical culture, this paper explores the causes of the network problems, which may be attributed to the transformation, assimilation and adjustment of the virtual ethics and real ethics. The ethical cultural factors resulting in these problems mainly include the misinterpretation of the network spirit, the ill effect of the information cult, the overflow of the hacker philosophy, the absence of the Net Eco ethical consciousness, the double criterions of the virtual ethics and the real ethics and the cultural conflict between globalization and regionality.
