| 摘 要： | 西部开发应包括文化建设内容,其战略任务是对传统文化进行保护、传承、转型、创新、开发,使之产生文化、社会、政治、经济效益.为此,要改变陈旧观念,处理好文化与政治、经济之关系,树立文化本体现,建立平等的文化伦理观,克服技术、资金、人才、市场不足的困难,积极探索社会主义初级阶段的文化理论.

| Abstract: | the culrural construction should be included in the issue of opening western region of China.In order to produce effects of culture,society,politics and economy,we should adopt the strategy to protect,transmit,change,create and develop the traditional culture.We should give up the old ideas,regulate the relations of cultural ideology,create the equality idea of cultural ethics,overcome shortage of technology,finance,personnel and market ,positively study the cultural theory of elementary socialist stage. |
