| 摘 要： | 我国是否适用不动产的善意取得，国内学者众说纷纭，争论不一。本文试从维护交易安全，保护善意第三人利益的角度出发，论证不动产善意取得的必要性和合理性。并以公示公信原则为基础构建不动产的善意取得，从而完善我国善意取得制度。

| Abstract: | National scholars argue heatedly about whether china is adapt to the acquisition in good faith of real estate, however, they have no unanimous answer. From the angle of protecting trade security and the third party's interests, the author testifies it is necessary and reasonable to establish the acquisition in good faith of real estate in china. In order to improve the Chinese system of the acquisition in good faith, the author tries to establish the acquisition in good faith of real estate on the basis of demonstrative principle of real right. |
