102例80岁以上超高龄患者腹部手术的临床总结

目的回顾性总结80岁以上超高龄腹部外科患者的手术指证、手术方法及围术期的处理措施。方法提取1999年6月至2006年6月七年间资料较完整的102例80岁以上超高龄患者腹部外科手术患者资料,进行回顾性总结分析。结果有一种并存病者为98.04%、二种并存病为89.22%、三种以上并存病为71.57%,术后并发症的发生率为55.88%(55/102),100例治愈出院,术后死亡2例。结论对80岁以上超高龄患者外科手术患者仔细的围术期处理十分重要,各器官退化功能下降,并存病多,手术风险极大,但只要认真做好术前准备,加强对并存病的治疗和心脑血管意外的预防,尽可能使急变缓改做择期手术减少急诊手术的机会.大都可取得满意的治疗效果。

Clinical Summary of abdominal operation for 102 patients over 80years old

objective Retrospective analysis of operative indicated, operative method and treated measure for patients over 80 year old.Methods Extract to 102 cases intact information of abdominal surgery over 80 year old from June 1999 to June 2000 in seven years, and perfected a retrospective analysis. Results In all patients, they have one concomitance disease was 98.04WTB3%, have two or three concomitances disease was 89.22WTB3% and 71.57WTB3%, respectively. The incidence of complication was 55.88 after operation. One hundred patients were healing well completely and two died after operation. Conclusion It is very important of perioperative treatment carefully for surgery patients beyond 80 ages. Because their organs function decrease, there are many concomitance disease and the greatest risk for surgery, but if only make good preparation graveness before performance, to strengthen treatment of concomitance disease and to prevent the angionosis of brain and heart, and diminish the opportunity of emergency surgery as far as possible, then that will get a satisfactory effect.
