| 摘 要： | 新闻来源的保护是各国新闻界都难以彻底有效解决的问题。新闻工作者从伦理角度出发对新闻来源的匿名保护,在面对法律时往往沦为空谈;新闻实践中泛滥的匿名策略也会对新闻本身造成损害。因此,利用匿名策略保护新闻来源问题仍值得认真探讨。

| Abstract: | Concealing the source of information is a problem no news media can solve completely. The journalists' efforts to do so usually come to nothing when they are faced with accusations, and the overdoing of concealing the source is also harmful to the development of journalism. How to solve the problem, therefore, still deserves serious consideration. |
