关于不矛盾律和排中律适用范围界定及基本内容表述之我见

目前 ,多种版本的逻辑学教材 ,均对不矛盾律和排中律适用范围的界定模糊不清 ,对这两条基本规律基本内容的表述 ,也不明确、不全面。我们认为 ,应将不矛盾律的基本内容表述为 :“在同一思维过程中 ,两个矛盾关系或上反对关系的思想 ,不能同真 ,至少有一个是假的。”将排中律的基本内容表述为 :“在同一思维过程中 ,两个矛盾关系或下反对关系的思想 ,不能同假 ,至少有一个是真的。”

My Ideas about Field limitation of the Law of Non-contradiction and the Law of Excluded Middle and Its Expression of Basic Contents

At present textbooks of logic in different editions all give indistinct field limitation for the law of non-contradiction and the law of excluded middle and meanwhile expression of basic contents of the two laws is not clear and simple.we believe the basic contents of the law of non-contradiction should be explained:" In the same course of thinking,the thoughts of the two contradictions' relation or super opposing relation can't keep identical and at least one of the two is false."The basic contents of the law of the thoughts of the two contradictions'relation or subopposing relation can't keep false and at least one of the two is real.
