| Abstract: | The reform of the assignment system within the institution of higher learning is an important subject in deepening the reform of the interior managerial system of the institution of higher learning. This paper dissects several difficult points existing in the reform of the personnel system in the institution of higher learning, and proposes five measures for their solution. |
