| 摘 要： | 在CDIO工程教育模式指导下，通过认真研究大学生非专业素质教育体系，积极搭建促进大学生非专业素质能力提高的实践平台，着力培养具有“先进观念、优秀的品格、广博知识、卓越能力、科学方法”的专业素质过硬、非专业素质扎实、个性特长突出的应用型人才，主动适应经济社会对高等教育的人才需求，增强人才培养目标与市场需要的“匹配度”，提升了毕业生的就业竞争力。
