| 摘 要： | 基于E.Weizsaecker的四倍数思想,将P.Ehrlich提出的IPAT方程进行转换,建立水资源效率模型。根据水资源效率模型,利用大连地区GDP增长数据、水资源供给和消耗的数据,分四种情况讨论并计算出大连地区在“十一五”、“十二五”期间水资源合理用量和单位GDP水资源消耗需要降低的倍数。在2005、2010和2015年水资源效率分别提高1.2倍、1.5倍和2倍,比较符合大连地区发展的实际状况。

| Abstract: | According to E.Weizsaecker's idea of quadruple,the authors convert the IPAT equation brought forward by P.Ehrlich,and establish a model about the efficiency of water resources.On the basis of this model,and with the data of the growth of GDP in Dalian area and the data of the supply and consumption of water resources,the authors study and make out the following problems about Dalian area in four cases: the reasonable consumption of water resources during the periods of "The 11th Five-Year Plan" and "The 12th Five-Year Plan",and the multiple of the water resources needs to be lowered per unit GDP.The authors deem that it will comparatively match the actual developing conditions of Dalian area if we increase the water resources efficiency by 1.2 times,1.5 times,and twice in 2005,2010 and 2015 respectively. |
