土家族非物质文化遗产现状及保护对策

文章通过大量的调查分析后指出:土家族地区非物质文化遗产可分为消失、濒危、变异、衰退几种状态,形势十分严峻。面对这种局势,土家族地区也做了大量的工作,如地方党委和政府把保护民族民间文化纳入重要的议事日程,开始用法律的手段保护民族民间文化遗产,启动了建立民族民间文化生态保护区(村)的工作,民间文化传人开始受到重视,通过举办各种文化艺术节,弘扬了民族民间文化等。文章进一步指出,要使土家族地区的非物质文化遗产得到很好的保护,必须在全民族中形成共识,进一步利用好法律的手段,摸清家底,建立科学的评价体系,提高民间艺人和文化人的地位,把申报各级保护单位、把民族文化生态村建设、把历史文化名城(镇)、把旅游开发、把生态环境保护、把博物馆建设、把学校教育与保护传承非物质文化遗产结合起来。

On the Present Conditions of Tujia Intangible Culture and Its Protection

Based on investigation and analysis,this paper deals with the severe conditions of Tujia traditional intangible culture.The severe present conditions demand good protection of it.Forunately,the local government has begun to protect the national culture by means of law,establish the national folk cultural ecological protection areas,pay more attention to the folk culture and hold various cultural festivals.Moreover,people should develop a common consciousness to further its protection by means of law,and combine the construction of the national cultural ecological village with the tourist development,ecological environmental protection and schooling.
