知识经济的哲学与社会科学

用"知识为基础的经济"来定义知识经济是不对的,就经济来说,物质就是它的基础.那种认为知识经济不再是资源经济表述是不科学的,因为生产总是要利用乃至消耗资源.用生产知识产品的经济来界定知识经济,在观念上比较明晰.在研究知识经济时,不仅要研究理论概念,还要研究统计概念,这样就可以按照统计概念确定一个国家一个地区中知识经济的比重.此外,随着知识经济时代的到来,必须重视知识经济的发展带来社会结构的变化以及对国家政治生活、社会生活的重要影响.

Philosophy and Social Science of Knowledge Economy

It is not proper to define "Knowledge Economy"as "economy based on knowledge", because the basis of economy is material. The statement that knowledge economy is no longer resource economy is not scientific, since production always utilizes and even consumes resources. A distinct and appropriate definition of "Knowledge Economy" is "economy of generating knowledge products". The research of knowledge economy requires not only theoretical study, but research in terms of statistics, so that the proportion of knowledge economy in a country or an area can be measured according to the statistical definition of knowledge economy. Moreover, with the coming of Knowledge Economy Epoch, more importance should be attached to the change of social structure brought about by the development of knowledge economy and its influence on politics and the society.
