| Abstract: | By applying the contractual trade theory to the field of venture capital, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the system of venture investment in two aspects of mechanism arrangement between external investors and venture investors and restrictive mechanism between investors and entrepreneurs. It also points out the basic features of mechanism arrangement of venture capital. |
