| 摘 要： | 上海开埠之后,“买办”们在“士农工商四民之外别立一业”,他们是一股在中外还处于悬隔状态的夹缝中滋生起来的新的社会力量。这批在“万商之海”中左右逢源的弄潮儿,使以“恢复旧道德”为宗旨的吴趼人“怒眦欲裂”地写下了《发财秘诀》。
